Digital Content Refund Policy and Procedures

1. Refund Principles

All First Chorus content is provided in digital format. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally restricted after download or viewing.

  • Before download or streaming begins after purchase: 100% refund available
  • After download or streaming begins: No refund (except for Company-attributable reasons)

2. Refund-Eligible Cases

  • Payment errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, etc.)
  • Content defects (corrupted files, playback issues, content differs from description, etc.)
  • Content unavailable due to service outage
  • Other damages due to Company-attributable reasons

If approved, refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days

  • Unused points after charging: 100% refund available (no fee deduction)
  • Points from events/promotions: Non-refundable
  • Partial usage: Remaining points refunded excluding used amount

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Simple change of mind (after content download or viewing)
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with score difficulty or style
  • Playback issues due to user device problems
  • Refund request after sharing content with third parties

Q. How long does a refund take?

A. After refund approval, it takes 5-7 business days depending on the original payment method. Times may vary based on card company policies.

Q. Can I cancel after download has started?

A. Once download has begun, the content is considered delivered and refunds are difficult. However, refunds are possible for Company-attributable reasons such as file corruption.

Q. Are purchases made with points refundable?

A. Yes, the same refund policy applies to content purchased with points. Refunds will be credited as points.
