Article 1 (Items Collected and Methods)
The Company collects the following personal information in the course of membership registration, service use, payment, and customer inquiries.
Items collected
- Required: email address, nickname, profile image (collected automatically upon social login)
- Optional: phone number, date of birth, payment information (collected at payment)
- Collected automatically: IP address, device information, service usage records, access logs
Collection methods
- Social login (Kakao, Naver, Google, etc.)
- Automatic collection during service use
- Direct entry when submitting a customer inquiry
Article 2 (Purposes of Collection and Use)
The Company uses the collected personal information only for the following purposes, and where a purpose changes, it provides prior notice and obtains consent.

Article 3 (Retention and Destruction)
The Company destroys users' personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved or the retention period has elapsed. However, where applicable law requires retention for a certain period, the information is stored separately for that period.
- Destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal (retained for the relevant period where there is a statutory retention obligation)
- Act on E-Commerce: records of contracts and withdrawal of subscription for 5 years; records of payment and supply of goods for 5 years
- Protection of Communications Secrets Act: service usage records for 3 months
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
As a rule, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. The following cases are exceptions.
- Where there is a request made under procedures prescribed by law, pursuant to law or for investigative purposes
- Where information is provided to a payment gateway for payment processing (limited to payment information)
Article 5 (Rights of Users)
Users may exercise the following rights regarding their own personal information, and the Company processes such requests promptly.
- May request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of personal information
- May edit directly under My Page > Settings, or request through customer support
- For children under 14, a legal representative may exercise these rights
Article 6 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company takes overall responsibility for matters related to the processing of personal information and has designated a Personal Information Protection Officer as below to handle user complaints and remedy damages related to personal information processing.
