Purchased scores can be downloaded anytime from My Page > Purchase History. Files are provided in high-resolution PDF format with unlimited downloads.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available after download or video viewing. Please use the preview feature before purchasing. For duplicate purchases or technical issues, contact customer support.
Once purchased, scores are yours permanently. You can re-download anytime from My Page as long as your account is active.
Yes. You can log in on up to 5 devices with the same account. However, simultaneous access is limited to 2 devices.
This feature allows you to view sheet music and performance videos simultaneously. The score automatically scrolls in sync with the video playback.
All purchased scores and lesson history will be deleted upon account deletion. Please download any needed scores before deleting your account.
You can download receipts in PDF format for each order from My Page > Purchase History. For cash receipts or tax invoices, please contact customer support.
Printing is permitted for personal learning purposes. However, commercial use or redistribution is prohibited by copyright law.
